We are thrilled to offer worldwide shipping at houseofemmerson.com. All orders will be processed and dispatched from our Head Office in Melbourne, Australia within 1 business day. Once dispatched, all orders will receive a notification email with a tracking number.

UNITED STATES AND CANADA

We are very excited to offer free shipping US and Canada wide on orders over $180 USD. All orders below $180 USD will be charged a flat rate of $15 USD. We deliver products using Australia Post. Delivery can be expected within 5-10 business days depending on your location.

United States and Canada customers also have the option to upgrade to Express Shipping for a Flat Rate of $35 USD. Delivery can be expected within 2-4 business days depending on your location. Please reach out via email at hayley@houseofemmerson if you would like to use this fast track option.

Please be aware that the recipient is responsible for any duty or sales tax that may be incurred for parcels sent overseas. 

AUSTRALIA

INTERNATIONAL

Our International shipping rates vary by country:

New Zealand. - Free Shipping NZ wide on orders over $180 USD. $10 USD Flat Rate on all orders under $180 USD.

UK and Europe - Free Shipping UK and Europe wide on orders over $180 USD. $20 USD Flat Rate on all orders under $180 USD.

WORLDWIDE - If your country doesn't fall into a category above please select worldwide postage at checkout. Free Shipping Worldwide on orders over $180 USD. $30 USD Flat Rate on all orders under $180 USD.

All orders are shipped from Australia. International orders generally arrive around 5-10 business days from dispatch. Please be aware that the recipient is responsible for any duty or sales tax that may be incurred for parcels sent overseas. 

RETURNS POLICY

We want you and your little girl to love the fit and size of the garments you buy from our online store which is why we are very happy to offer an exchange on your purchase. Whilst we will endeavour to ensure we are able to accomodate exchanges to size, our range is limited edition and we cannot guarantee that another size will be available for an exchange. In that case we would be very happy to offer a store credit note for the original purchase price (excluding delivery charges) valid for the next 6 months from date of purchase to be redeemed on full price items only.

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date your package arrives. All product must be returned in original condition; unworn, unwashed, in the original packaging with all tags still attached. 

Please email hayley@houseofemmerson.com as soon as possible to arrange the exchange of your purchase. Please note that we at House of Emmerson are not responsible for additional shipping costs for exchanges as well as any taxes and/or duties imposed by your countries governments. Upon receipt of your return, the garment/s will be inspected and we will contact you with the outcome of any exchanges where applicable. 

Please note we are unable to offer refunds. All Sale Orders are Final - we do not accept exchanges on Sale items. You are unable to redeem Credit Notes on Sale Items or within a Discounted Promotional Period.

All garments are quality controlled prior to dispatch, but in the event that there is a fault in the product you receive we sincerely apologise for the error. We will of course by happy to provide an exchange or refund after proof of fault is sent though via photograph and the item is deemed legitimately faulty by House of Emmerson. Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a fault. All garments should be handled with care.

DELIVERY ISSUES

House of Emmerson do not hold any responsibility for items once they have been posted. If a package is unclaimed or unsuccessfully delivered and therefore redirected back to sender we we will reach out to the customer to arrange a redelivery at the customers expense. Unclaimed items that are returned to us are not refundable. The customer is totally responsible for collecting their parcel from the post office within the time allowed, ensuring their delivery address is correct upon placing and completing tax/duties payment upon entry to their country if applicable. All orders once fulfilled are notified with a tracking number - please ensure to track the delivery of your package through the carriers website to ensure there are no delivery issues.
