Refund policy
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
At Emmerson we of course want to ensure that you love the styles you purchase. We do not offer refunds for change of mind but are happy to assist you in making an exchange if/when needed.
Online: Please call 0432 863 884 or email hayley@houseofemmerson.com for a return address within 7 days of receiving your order. The return postage cost is the customers responsibility and all items must be in the original packaging with all tags attached. When your package is received at our warehouse, a team member will reach out to issue you a store credit note that is valid for 12 months
Instore: Purchases made in store can be returned within 7 days from the original purchase date for an exchange, or credit note.
If you would like to return your online order in our boutique, please ensure your return meets the conditions of our online returns policy before dropping it in store.
Please note, all sale items are final sale and are not eligible for change of mind exchange or refund.
FAULTY ITEMS
All garments are quality controlled prior to dispatch, but in the event that there is a fault in the product you receive we sincerely apologise for the error. We will of course by happy to provide an exchange or refund after proof of fault is sent though via photograph and the item is deemed legitimately faulty by House of Emmerson. Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a fault. All garments should be handled with care and laundered as per instructions on label.
