A beautiful Blue and White Cotton and Linen blend Dress for little girls by traditional French brand Tartine et Chocolat. It is cool and lightweight with ruffles over the shoulders, embroidered blue flowers and trimmed in co-ordinating ric rac. The full, gathered skirt has a frilled waist and a mother of pearl logo charm sewn by the hemline. The Dress is lined in soft voile for comfort and fastens with a neat concealed zip around the back.
